We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Mortgage FORA Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and previous US voice experience. Candidates must possess a degree with all semester graduation marks cards available for verification. The candidates should also possess VT12 quality, which is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to the mortgage process.
• Provide exceptional customer service while responding to customer inquiries.
• Verify information provided by the customer and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding the status of their mortgage application.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous US voice experience is mandatory.
• A degree with all semester graduation marks cards available for verification.
• Must have VT12 quality.
• Ability to work in a fixed night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
• Must have a professional attitude and be a team player.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good computer skills.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is up to 4.5 LPA based on previous CTC and experience. The take-home salary will be up to 32k per month. The company also provides fixed weekends off and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
