Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support for NRI Banking Process. They will be handling customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi. A background in banking is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must be able to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs.
