Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information related to NRI banking processes
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding bank services and products
Maintain and update customer records
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Location: (hebbal)

Working Days: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational off days

Salary: Up to 28000 (Insert currency)
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi
Graduation degree is mandatory
Prior experience in banking industry is an advantage
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
