Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled NRI Customer Support Executive with excellent English and Hindi communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our NRI customers via voice process. The position requires a minimum of 1-year BPO voice experience, preferably in the banking industry. The candidate must be a graduate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to NRI customers via voice process
• Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to products, services, and customer interactions
• Meet individual and team targets and KPIs
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year BPO voice experience, preferably in the banking industry
• Graduation mandatory
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (8am-8pm window for females, 8am-1am window for males)
• 5 days working with 2 days rotational off
• Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
• Take home salary between 20k-28k, based on experience and performance
