Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO voice process, preferably in banking. The role requires handling customer queries over the phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming customer calls and resolving their queries
Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Communicating with customers via email and chat to address their concerns
Providing customers with product and service information
Escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO voice process, preferably in banking
Graduation degree is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a rotational shift (8am-8pm for female, 8am-1am for male)
Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 days rotational off
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is between 20,000 – 28,000 INR per month take-home, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Location:
The job is located in Hebbal, and the candidate should be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.
