We are looking for a skilled NRI Customer Support Voice Process Executive to provide excellent customer service and support to our NRI clients. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in banking, and possess excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails from NRI clients and provide prompt and efficient solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Provide information and guidance to clients on banking products and services.
• Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and other banking transactions.
• Ensure that all interactions with clients are documented accurately in the system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in banking.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (8am-8pm for females, 8am-1am for males) and weekends.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hebbal, Bengaluru.
