Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our E-commerce platform team as a semi-voice agent. The role requires the ability to interact with customers via semi-voice communication, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via semi-voice communication
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi languages
Graduation degree is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Working Conditions:
6 days of working with 1 rotational off per week
Day shift work from office location
Salary up to 18,000 rupees per month
Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 10,000 rupees
