Fairdinkum Business Services Pvt Ltd is an leading BPO services providers for companies/clients based in Australia. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to be part of our organization.

Company Location:
Ramamurthy Nagar (KR Puram), Bangalore, Karnataka.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate must have excellent proficiency in English and someone who can join us immediately
Salary between 15k – 20k/Monthly + Incentives
Any Graduation Preferred. Undergraduates (12th Standard Passed) can apply as well
Candidate must be based in Bangalore (Close to Ramamurthy Nagar/KR Puram or willing to relocate immediately)
Australian Shift – 6am to 3pm
No transportation available must be willing to travel on own
No work from home option available

Roles and Responsibilities :

Cold call people using given phone directory to generate leads/appointment booking
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Use scripts to provide information and set up appointments
Keep records of calls and useful information
Proven experience as lead generator (voice) or similar role
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
