Assistant Manager – International B2B and B2C Sales
Location: HBR Layout Bangalore
Salary Upto: 48000TH
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to lead our International B2B and B2C Sales Team. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for 3 lines of business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies for 3 lines of business
Achieve sales targets for the International B2B and B2C sales team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams
Very good hands-on experience in team handling
International Sales team handling experience is mandatory
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
