Qualification: 12th.
Eligibility: 6 months experience in same
domain.
Skill Set:
1) Should have a minimum of 6 months of
Customer support inbound calling
experience on online gaming platforms.
2) should be good at multitasking and
handling Voice and chats apparently. 3)
Candidates should be good at Handling
Hindi chats along with Calls Languages:
Hindi + Kannada+ English – 10HCc (5 Male
and 5 Female) Shift: 24/7 Coverage
(Rotational Shift), Rotational Week off.
Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 CTC.
