We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Analyst to join our International Voice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer interactions through monitoring and evaluating calls, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
International QA experience is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary: 32k take home
