Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Tin Factory

Salary: Freshers – 15k, Experienced – up to 20k

Qualification: 10+2, Graduation, and Post-Graduation

Age Criteria: 32 years or below

Working Hours:

Female Candidates: 6AM to 7PM
Male Candidates: 6AM to 11PM
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of 10+2, Graduation, and Post-Graduation, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner
Keep up-to-date with product information and customer service techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve customer experience
Requirements:

Minimum qualification of 10+2, Graduation, and Post-Graduation
Age criteria of 32 years or below
Fluency in English and Hindi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
