job Title: Titanium Voice (Black)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Titanium Voice (Black) in our domestic voice team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and one of Hindi, Malayam, Marathi, Gujarathi, or Tamil, and a Versant score of 5 or above. The position requires the ability to work in a rotational shift, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries over the phone in a professional and efficient manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:

a bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and one of Hindi, Malayam, Marathi, Gujarathi, or Tamil
Versant score of 5 or above
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a rotational shift
Minimum commitment of 6 months
Working Hours: Boys (Rotational shift), Girls (6am to 8pm), any 9 hours per day

Salary: Upto 20000/- Take home (Stipend)

Location: Bommanhalli

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational week off
