Job Title: International Email Customer Support Specialist

Location: E-City, Bangalore

Salary: Freshers: 18,000 TH; Experienced Candidates: 30,000 TH

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer support and inquiries via email
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer care and support
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

6 months of experience in international customer support (for experienced candidates)
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work in US rotational shifts
Ability to work 5 days a week
