Salary: Freshers – 19,000 TH, Experienced – up to 28,000 TH

Job Description:

247.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Transform/Best Buy Voice Process representative. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a VT10-12 quality score.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
VT10-12 quality score
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Willingness to work in graveyard shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be able to work in the office location in Marathahalli
