Job Title: PhonePe Semi-Voice Process Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Semi-Voice Process Executive at PhonePe in Bommanahalli, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our customers through phone and email interactions, and will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the PhonePe service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics
Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in customer service
Requirements:

Graduation degree
Fluency in both English and Hindi
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a rotational shift
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in customer service is a plus
Salary:

Freshers: 16,000 TH (21,000 CTC)
Experienced: 18,000 TH (23,000 CTC)
Work Schedule: 6-day work week with a rotational day off.
