Job Title: Bigbasket Non-Voice Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bigbasket Non-Voice Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through email and chat. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Research and troubleshoot customer issues
Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications:

Minimum education of 10+2 or equivalent
Graduates and Post-graduates are preferred
Good communication skills
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Age criteria up to 32
Typing speed of 30 words per minute
Work location: Tin Factory
Shift timings: 6AM to 7PM for female employees, 6AM to 11PM for male employees
Salary:

Freshers: 15,000 rupees
Experienced: Upto 20,000 rupees
