Job Title: International Lead Generation Voice Process Representative
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an International Lead Generation Voice Process representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise to generate leads and close sales for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize outbound calling to identify and connect with potential customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Provide detailed and accurate reports on sales activities and customer interactions
Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve sales techniques and strategies
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months of international voice experience is mandatory
PUC/Graduation degree
Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work in US Rotational shifts

Kothnur & HBR
