Job Title: International Non-Voice Process Agent

Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused International Non-Voice Process Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher or have experience in a similar role, possess excellent English communication skills and a typing speed of 28 WPM.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and issues via email, chat and other non-voice channels
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our international client base
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Consistently meet and exceed customer service and support metrics
Qualifications:

UG fresher or experienced in a similar role
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed of 28 WPM
Willingness to work in graveyard shift
Work Schedule:

Graveyard shift
5 days working, 2 days rotational off
