Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 rotational days off
Salary: Freshers – 20000 (including shift allowance) Experienced – Up to 45000 (based on years of experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients via voice support. They will need to handle customer complaints and queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate information to customers
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
Graduation degree
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
