We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide exceptional support to our international clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling each case with empathy and compassion.
Record and document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Continuously improve knowledge of company’s products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process (customer support).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
