Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled International Semi Voice Telecom Process Associate to join our team in ITPL, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom products and services.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues related to telecom products and services
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with telecom products and services and industry trends
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement
Requirements:

UG degree with at least 1 year of BPO experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts with consecutive offs
Comfortable with both way cab facilities
Basic knowledge of computers and the internet
VT10 Quality certification preferred but not mandatory
Salary:

Customer Support: 25800 TH (31k CTC) (based on experience)
Technical Support: 26800 TH (32k CTC) (based on experience)
