Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Agent at Accenture. The successful candidate will provide support to our international clients via voice support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via telephone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer information and records
Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and call resolution
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services and processes
Maintaining a VT-12 quality score
Qualifications:
PUC with experience or a graduate degree for freshers (excluding BE/Btech)
Excellent English communication skills
Experience from an international BPO
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and night shifts (UK)
We offer:
Competitive salary package: Freshers – 16000, 1-3 years – up to 40 k, 3-6 years – up to 50k
2 days rotational off
2-way cab
HR process includes a Versant test with a 60% cut-off
