Job Title: Meesho Seller Management Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Seller Management Specialist at Meesho, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our sellers, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to grow their businesses on our platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns our sellers may have, and help them to optimize their listings and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to sellers on Meesho’s platform
Identify and resolve any issues or concerns sellers may have
Help sellers optimize their listings and sales strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sellers have the tools and resources they need to grow their businesses
Monitor and analyze seller performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Identify and communicate trends and best practices to the team
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Minimum 1 year of ecommerce seller support experience – mandatory
Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Working Hours:
6 days working
Sunday fixed off
Timings : 8 – 8 (9 hours shift)
Location:
WFO – Bangalore – Shivajinagar
Compensation:
CTC – upto 25000/-pm
Take-Home – 20362/-pm
Quarterly bonus – 3744/-
