Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can effectively handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in both Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to provide timely and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in both Hindi and English.
Respond promptly to customers, providing accurate information about products/services.
Problem Resolution:

Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and providing the best solutions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Ensure accurate documentation of all resolutions provided.
Feedback Management:

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve processes, products, or services.
Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Share customer insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (verbal and written communication is mandatory).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse customer needs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and provide quick and effective solutions.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
