Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Executive, where you’ll provide
exceptional support to our valued customers. We’re seeking individuals with
proficiency in English and any South Indian language, along with graduates
who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to Airtel Black services via
phone, email, or chat channels.
Assist customers with account management, service activation, billing
inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language to
cater to our diverse customer base.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as
needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language (such as
Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam).
Graduation degree or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 rotational days off.
Prior experience in customer support or telecommunications is preferred but
not required.
Salary: 20,000
