Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
● Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and
written skills.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements
(SLAs).
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (UG/Grads) preferred.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or customer
support.
3. Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
