Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to Airtel Black services via
phone, email, or chat channels.
Assist customers with account management, service activation, billing
inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language to
cater to our diverse customer base.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as
needed.
