Job Description

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to promote CRIC products and services, persuasively conveying their benefits.
Utilize your sales skills to effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and close sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales processes and achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: PUC.
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in sales.
Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work a 6-day week with one rotational day off and a day shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
