Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled NRI Customer Support Voice Process Executive to provide excellent customer service and support to our NRI clients. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in banking, and possess excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails from NRI clients and provide prompt and efficient solutions to their queries and concerns. • Provide information and guidance to clients on banking products and services. • Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and other banking transactions. • Ensure that all interactions with clients are documented accurately in the system. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding custome
