Position: International Voice Customer Support Representative (Wellness)

Join our team for the International Voice Wellness Customer Support Process as a Customer Support Representative. We’re seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support to our global clientele in the wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers in the wellness industry via phone, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathetically and effectively resolve customer concerns and promote wellness solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed performance targets.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding wellness products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduation.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in customer support.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
Salary: Up to 45,000
