Position: Customer Support Representative with Upselling process (International Voice Process)

Join our team for the position of Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Process. Located conveniently with a 5-day work week and 2 days off, along with provided two-way cab service, we’re seeking individuals with outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional support to our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate assistance while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Utilize company systems and resources effectively to document customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
