Position: Technical Support Non-Voice Representative

Join our team at Intouch Voice as a Technical Support Non-Voice Representative, where you’ll provide expert assistance to our international clientele through written communication channels. This role requires prior experience in international tech support, whether through calls or emails, ensuring you’re equipped to handle diverse technical inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical queries and issues from international customers via email or other written communication channels.
Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each response meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing performance excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of international technical support experience, either through calls or emails.
Proficiency in US Shift timings.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in technical support interactions.
Salary: Up to 26,000 take-home (based on experience)
