Salary: Freshers – 15,000, Experienced – up to 20,000
Working Hours:
Females: 6 AM to 7 PM
Males: 6 AM to 11 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Tin Factory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in English and Hindi, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer problems
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
Report customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided
Requirements:
10+2 or higher education (Graduation and Post-Graduation preferred)
Age limit of 32 years or younger
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
