Job Description

Job Title: Titanium Voice (Black) Domestic Voice

Job Location: Bommanhalli

Job Summary:
We are seeking individuals who are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Malayam, Marathi, Gujarathi, or Tamil for a domestic voice role in our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of education, with a degree preferred
Versant score of 5 or above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work in a rotational shift
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Working Hours: Full-time, 2 rotational week off

Boys: Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours)
Girls: 6am to 8pm (Any 9 hours)
Salary: Up to INR 20,000 take-home stipend

Duration: Minimum 6 months
