Job Title: International Non-Voice Gaming Support
Location: Electronic City
Salary: fresher-17kupto, 25k based on experience
Shift: US Shifts, 5 days working, 2 rotational off
Experience: 6 months of experience in International Voice or freshers with excellent communication skills
Qualification: Graduates and PUC can also apply
Languages: Excellent English communication skills
Transportation: Two-way cab provided within a radius of 25 kms
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as International Non-Voice Gaming Support representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for gaming.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and resolve customer queries related to gaming products
Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.)
Follow established procedures to ensure high-quality customer service
Document customer interactions and information in the CRM system
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
Requirements:
6 months of experience in International Voice or freshers with excellent communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
Passion for gaming and related products
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to work in US shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rotational off
