Job Title: International Voice Process Representative

Location: Marathalli

Salary: 19,000 TH for freshers, up to 28,000 TH based on experience

Shift: Grave Yard Shift, 5 days working, 2 rotational week off

Process: Transform / Best Buy Voice

Qualification: UG Fresher or Experienced

Transportation: Cabs provided up to 22kms

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via voice channels
Resolve customer queries and provide support related to Transform / Best Buy products
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
Follow established procedures to maintain high-quality customer service
Document customer interactions and information in the CRM system
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Drive to succeed and provide exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to work Grave Yard Shift, 5 days a week, with 2 rotational week off
UG Fresher or Experienced
