Job Title: International Voice Process Technical Support (Android TV Based)

Location: Electronic City
Salary: 22,000 to 28,000 based on experience
Shift: US Shifts, 5 days working, 2 rotational off
Experience: 6 months of experience in International Voice or freshers with excellent communication skills
Qualification: Graduates and PUC can also apply
Age Limit: 35 years
Languages: Excellent English communication skills
Transportation: Two-way cab provided within a radius of 25 kms
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Technical Support for Android TV Based products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers through voice channels for Android TV based products
Resolve customer queries and issues related to the product and its features
Follow established procedures to ensure high-quality customer service
Document customer interactions and information in the CRM system
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
Requirements:
6 months of experience in International Voice or freshers with excellent communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
Passion for technology and Android TV based products
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to work in US shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rotational off
Age limit of 35 years
