Salary: 20-26k Take Home (2-way cab service within 12 km radius with charges deductible from salary)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for our International Voice Process (Lead Generation) role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of international voice experience, a PUC or graduation degree, and excellent English communication skills. The position will be located in Kothnur and involves working in US rotational shifts. A 2-way cab service is provided within 12 km radius, with the charges deductible from the salary. The successful candidate will receive a take-home pay of 20-26k.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls to international clients
Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead generation activities
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of international voice experience
PUC/Graduation degree
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work in US rotational shifts
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
